Board of Directors Meeting Minutes, January 21, 2007

Meeting start time: 3:00PM

Attendees:

All attendees of this meeting were local except for T.R. Fullhart and Justin Rocha, who attended via Internet Relay Chat (IRC). Meeting motions and decisions were recorded to IRC in case other members would arrive online, and to keep a record to simplify writing the minutes.

Heather Stern chaired the meeting.

Ian Kluft recorded to the IRC channel and T.R. Fullhart submitted the minutes.

Agenda: Status of state paperwork.
Result: Heather Stern reports that everything is going well but there is an additional form (state form 3500) that needs to be sent in for tax-exempt status that is required in March.
Agenda: The president has nominated Jennifer Davis to fill the VP vacancy for 2007 and needs confirmation vote by the board.
Result: Jennifer was confirmed as VP for 2007.
Agenda: Elect Secretary for 2007.
Result: T.R. Fullhart was re-elected for 2007 Secretary.
Agenda: Elect Treasurer for 2007.
Result: Justin Rocha was re-elected for 2007 Treasurer.

The meeting adjourned at 5:30PM.
