Interpretive Assistance

Heather Stern wrote a plain-English overview of the By-Laws at the time when the current version was a proposed amendment.

We are of course obligated to point out that any interpretive assistance with the By-Laws can never be more than a good-faith effort to describe the By-Laws. But only the By-Laws text approved by the members is really official. So the official version always takes precedence in case any parts of the plain-English description don't agree.
