SBAY.ORG Election Results for 2005

These are the election results for the SBAY.ORG election for offices in 2005. Voting was open for 72 hours as required by the sbay.org by-laws. It commenced at noon Pacific Time on Friday, November 18, 2004 and concluded at noon Pacific Time on Monday, November 22, 2004. The candidates are volunteers from the organization who stepped up to fill these needed roles during the nominations period in September.

Ballots allowed votes to rank candidates in order of preference. Each ballot also included a "None of these" option. Vote counting used the Single Transferable Vote (STV) method, which is the most common form of Instant-Runoff Voting.

Will Galloway performed the role of impartial vote-taker. Please direct questions to voting@sbay.org.
