SBAY.ORG Election Results, November 2006In the election for the 2007 Board of Directors, 22 members were eligible to vote. Voting took place for the required 72 hours from Nov 11-13.There were no contested races, which usually means low voter turnout. 4 members cast votes with the results reported below.
Positions which are vacant following the election results are available for appointment. Appointments will be made by the President and confirmed by the Board of Directors. Please contact the 2007 President-elect Heather Stern. Voting breakdown for PresidentThe preference voting for President was unanimous with Heather Stern as the first and only choice. So Heather Stern is the winner."None of the above" was on the ballot but did not receive any votes. Voting breakdown for DirectorsThe preference voting for Directors was as follows:
A third seat on the board with a 1-year term remains vacant. It would have gone to a third-place winner if there had been a third candidate.
